Madras High Court Orders for Strict Implementation of TNPCB ‘s Directions on Plastic Bag Norms - 08.10.2015

Madras High Court while disposing of a plea, after perusing affidavit filed by Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board’s (TNPCB) regarding its directive that only plastic bags less than 40 microns can be manufactured by units, has said directions issued by it should be strictly enforced.
