If Agreement Has Exclusive Jurisdiction Clause, Courts Cannot Be Approached: Delhi HC - 11.12.2017

Delhi High Court has dismissed an Application filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, noting that the agreement specifies Courts in Noida to have exclusive jurisdiction.
