Bombay High Court Dismisses Arun Gawli's Bail Appliction - 06.10.2015

Bombay High Court has dismissed bail application filed by gangster Arun Gawli, seeking his release on ground that his aged mother is ailing and needs him by her side. He has been in custody since his arrest in May 2008, charged under Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act.
