Delhi HC: Gender Identity Key to Control One's Life - 06.10.2015

Delhi HC while deciding rescue of a US-based NRI transgender, has allowed her to immediately return to US and ordered her parents to arrange a return air ticket. The court while deciding the issue also observed that gender identity and sexual preference go to the core of self-determination.
