Bombay HC: MPID Act Applies on NSEL - 05.10.2015

Bombay HC has rejected plea of National Spot Exchange Ltd (NSEL) in challenging applicability of Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act (MPID) to Rs 5,600-crore payment crisis and said Act would apply on all exchanges in the country.
