Delhi HC Rejects Plea Seeking Ban on Movies with 'A' Certificate on TVs - 06.12.2017

Delhi High Court has dismissed a petition demanding an order restraining all television service providers from telecasting any movie with ‘A’ certificate, even if the movie is later modified or recertified to ‘UA’ or ‘U’.
