Sebi : Venture Capital Funds Can Now Invest 25% in India-Linked Firms - 05.10.2015

Sebi in order to boost entrepreneurship and prevent Indian firms shifting their businesses to foreign countries, has allowed Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and Venture Capital Funds (VCFs) to invest 25 % of their funds into foreign companies having Indian connection.
