Kerala HC: Mere Disturbance of Law & Order is 'No' Ground To Curtail Freedom Granted To Film Maker - 29.11.2017

Kerala High Court has observed that mere disturbance of law and order was not a ground to curtail freedom guaranteed to film maker under Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution of India.
