NGT Questions Authorities’ Decision to Scrap RRZ Policy - 05.10.2015

National Green Tribunal's has questioned Maharashtra Government Authorities to revoke River Regulation Zone (RRZ) policy that spelt out, among other things, no-development zones within specific distances of the high flood lines on either sides of Mutha and Mula river basins.
