Supreme Court: Auction purchaser Entitled to Challenge Action of Secured Creditor Before DRT - 29.11.2017

Supreme Court has held that an action of secured creditor in forfeiting the deposit made by auction purchaser is a part of the measures taken by secured creditor u/s 13(4) of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
