Gujarat High Court Dismisses Hardik Patel’s Plea to Recall Sedition Charge Probe - 05.10.2015

Gujarat High Court has dismissed Hardik Patel’s plea seeking recall of its order for police inquiry into sedition charges made against him and to register a case if required as no FIR was filed against him under the sedition charge.
