Delhi High Court: Litigant Cannot Be Put at Peril For Raising Public Cause - 20.11.2017

Delhi High Court has said while while taking note of a recent assault on two persons, one an elderly woman, who filed PILs against unauthorized constructions and encroachments in the national capital that a litigant cannot be put at peril because he or she has raised a public cause.
