Supreme Court Confirms Compensation of Rs. 35.7 Lakh for Lawyers Injured in Road Accidents - 05.10.2015

Supreme Court has confirmed Madras High Court order of valuation of Rs. 35.7 lakh compensation as a young lawyer’s loss, both professionally and personally, due to a road accident which left him with 70 % permanent disability.
