Bombay High Court Permits Woman to Terminate Foetus With Serious Abnormalities - 07.11.2017

Bombay High Court has allowed a 28-year-old woman to medically terminate her 25 weeks pregnancy as the foetus has serious neurological and skeletal abnormalities, making the baby's survival doubtful and possibly causing harm to the mother.
