Supreme Court: No Distance Course From Deemed Universities From 2018 - 06.11.2017

Supreme Court has restrained all deemed universities across the country from continuing any distance learning courses from the academic year 2018-19 without prior approval of the regulatory authorities and ordered a CBI probe into granting of retrospective approvals to four of them.
