CCI Finds All-India Film Employees Confederation, Affiliates Guilty of Anti-Competitive Practices - 03.11.2017

Competition Commission of India has held All-India Film Employees Confederation (AIFEC), Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) & its affiliates to be in contravention of provisions of S. 3 of Competition Act, 2002, which prohibits anti-competitive agreements.
