LCI 273rd Report: Law Panel Moots Life Term for Torture - 31.10.2017

Law Commission of India in it’s 273rd Report recommended the implementation of ‘United Nations Convention against Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman and Degrading Treatment or Punishment’ through Legislation.
