Government Notifies that Services Provided by OC Members to RBI is Subject to GST under RCM - 17.10.2017

Central Government has notified that Goods and Services Tax (GST) is payable on supply of services provided by Overseeing Committee (OC) members to RBI under reverse charge mechanism (RCM).
