Bombay HC Stops FTIL from Distributing Dividend - 01.10.2015

Bombay HC has stopped Financial Technologies India Ltd (FTIL) from distributing dividend to its shareholders till time the court decides petition filed by a group of investors who lost money in Rs5,574 crore settlement fraud at National Spot Exchange Ltd (NSEL).
