Punjab and Haryana HC Rejects CRPF IG's Plea Against Transfer - 01.10.2015

Punjab and Haryana HC while refusing to take plea of a senior officer of paramilitary forces against his transfer on grounds of hardship, has ruled that high-ranking personnel of armed forces should be expected to shoulder and bear greater difficulties in response to call of duty.
