'No Firecracker Sale in Delhi-NCR This Diwali', Rules Supreme Court - 09.10.2017

Supreme Court has upheld its earlier verdict banning sale of firecrackers in the Delhi-NCR region ahead of Diwali. The Court said that it wants to test the effect of the ban on air quality after Diwali.
