Armed Forces Tribunal Quashes Army’s Order Demoting Major General to Brigadier’s Rank - 06.10.2017

Armed Forces Tribunal has quashed the orders of Army Headquarters whereby a newly promoted Major General was demoted to the rank of Brigadier while observing that “Military reputation and self-esteem of each member of our armed forces has to be preserved and respected, at least by members of the uniformed community”.
