Delhi High Court Reverses Dowry Conviction of In-Laws - 06.10.2017

Delhi High Court has noticed a tendency "to rope in all in-laws" by the alleged victims in dowry related cases, and reversed a conviction in one such case. It has set aside the seven-year sentence handed down by a trial court to brothers-in-law and sister-in-law of a woman who committed suicide in November 1995.
