Gujarat High Court: Convert Can Inherit Father’s Property - 29.09.2017

Gujarat high court has ruled that a Hindu woman who married a Muslim and renounced her Hindu faith to embrace Islam is entitled to inherit her father's ancestral property according to the Hindu Succession Act.
