Delhi HC Issues Notice to Centre on Petition for Making Rape Provisions Gender-Neutral - 28.09.2017

Delhi High Court has issued notice to the Centre on a Petition challenging the Constitutional validity of Sections 375 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and demanding gender neutral rape provisions.
