Punjab & Haryana HC Orders Verification of Dera Properties - 28.09.2017

P & H High Court while refusing to give any relief to several institutes run by Dera Sacha Sauda for operating their bank accounts, which have been frozen since the conviction of sect head, has directed court commissioner to verify the complete record and details about the Dera and submit a report.
