Delhi HC Seeks Delhi Govt Stand on Delay in Deciding Parole and Furlough Pleas of Tihar Prisoners - 27.09.2017

Delhi High Court has issued notices to the Delhi Government and Tihar jail Director General, seeking their stand on the issue of parole and furlough application of Tihar jail prisoners and has directed the authorities to decide pending applications, if any.
