NGT Extends Time to Pay Royalty on Coal till Oct 31 - 30.09.2015

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has extended time for payment of royalty of already extracted coal in Meghalaya by a month, as heavy rains had hampered transport of coal and provided relief to coal mine owners in Meghalaya.
