NGT Slams Haryana Government over Carrying Car-free Gurgaon Initiative through NGO - 30.09.2015

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has slammed Haryana Government over its submission that study on impact of pollution on recent 'car-free day' in Gurgaon was carried out by an NGO and not an official agency.
