Punjab and Haryana High Court Grants Bail to Rapists for Girl's 'promiscuous attitude' - 25.09.2017

Punjab and Haryana high court has granted bail to three convicts in the infamous blackmailing and gang rape case of a student of OP Jindal Global University at Sonipat while observing that woman's statement offered an alternate conclusion of "misadventure stemming from a promiscuous attitude and a voyeuristic mind".
