Delhi HC: 'DDA' For 'Delhi Development Authority' Also Stands For ‘Don’t Do Anything’ - 22.09.2017

Delhi High Court has directed Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to streamline the legal decisions which are taken, in terms of a policy to be framed, as to whether or not a court case should or should not be filed/contested.
