Delhi High Court Imposes Fine Rs 40,000 for ‘Wasting Court’s Time’ - 30.09.2015

Delhi High Court has fined a woman with Rs 40,000, for “wasting the court’s time” by filing two pleas challenging bail granted to three men, whom she had accused of rape and molestation.
