Kerala HC Permits Release of Seized Goods on Payment of 50% of Demand as per GST Laws - 18.09.2017

Kerala High Court has directed Commercial Tax Officer to release detained goods on payment of 50% of demand as per the new Goods and Services Tax (GST) law.
