Supreme Court Accepts Apology, Closes Contempt Over Dog Culling In Kerala - 13.09.2017

Supreme Court has accepted an unconditional apology of the chairperson of Kerala- based 'Stray Dogs Eradication Group' and closed the contempt proceeding against it for killing of stray dogs, despite a top court order against culling.
