Supreme Court Issues Notice to Sahara Regarding Apointment of Receiver - 29.09.2015

Supreme Court has issued notice to Sahara Group, as to why a Receiver should not be appointed to take over and sell its properties for repayment of Rs 36,000 crore to investors.
