Jharkhand HC: Should It Be Made Mandatory For Person Swearing On Affidavit To Mention Aadhaar Number? - 06.09.2017

Jharkhand High Court has directed High Court Rules Committee to examine whether there was a need for amending HC Rules, 2001 to make it compulsory for a person who swears on an affidavit to mention his Aadhaar number and submit a photo copy of the Aadhaar card as well.
