Supreme Court: Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code Prevails Over State Laws - 04.09.2017

Supreme Court has ruled that the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code), being a central statute, will prevail over the state laws that are repugnant to it.
