Punjab and Haryana HC Put Stay on Government‘s Deision Regarding Sandhu’s Removal - 29.09.2015

Punjab and Haryana High Court while taking Mangal Singh Sandhu’s petition, has stayed Punjab Government’s decision to remove him as the officiating Punjab Agriculture Director and issued a notice to Government to file its reply by October 16.
