Delhi HC Seeks Election Commission’s Response on Plea of 12 AAP MLAs - 25.08.2017

Delhi High Court has sought reply of the Election Commission on the plea of 12 AAP MLAs due to the poll panel’s decision to continue hearing a complaint against them for allegedly holding office of profit.
