#GST: Composite Supply of Works Contract Provided to Govt Attracts 12% GST - 24.08.2017

Government has reduced rate of GST applicable to specified supply of works contract services to 12 per cent from the current 18%. Transport of passengers by motorcab where cost of fuel is included in the consideration charged from service recipient would attract 5% GST.
