#GST: LLPs Must be Treated as a Partnership Firm or Firm under GST Regime - 24.08.2017

Central Government has notified that Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) registered under 2008 Act must be considered as a partnership firm or Firm under Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime.
