Bombay High Court Refuses to Accept Govt’s Stand on Silence Zones - 24.08.2017

Bombay High Court, while rejecting State Government’s stand that silence zones do not exist in state as of now, has said that its 2016 order declaring areas near hospitals, schools, colleges and courts as silence zones shall continue to operate.
