Delhi HC Rejects J. Karnan’s Plea Against SC Registrar & His Challenge Against Contempt of Court Act - 24.08.2017

Delhi High Court has dismissed writ petition filed by Justice Karnan challenging the vires of Contempt of Court Act and against the order dated 12th of May, 2017 of Registrar (Judicial-I) of Supreme Court of India.
