SC Holds Triple Talaq "Unconstitutional", Strikes It Down by 3:2 Majority - 22.08.2017

Supreme Court has held the Muslim practice of triple talaq unconstitutional and struck it down by 3:2 majority. Justice Nariman, Lalit and Kurien has declared Triple Talaq as unconstitutional and has opposed the views of Justice Nazir and CJI Khehar.
