Delhi HC Annuls NDMC Bye-Laws, Ask Civic Agency to Refund Excess Property Tax - 21.08.2017

Delhi High Court has struck down New Delhi Municipal Council (Determination of Annual Rent) Bye-laws, 2009, and asked NDMC to refund the excess tax collected by it.
