#GST: CBEC Clarifies 'Manufacturer of Food Items Can Claim ITC on Rent' - 17.08.2017

Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) has clarified that a manufacturer of taxable food items is eligible to claim input tax credit on the rental amount if factory is situated in rental premises.
