Delhi High Court Rejects NDTV's Plea Against I-T Reassessment - 17.08.2017

Delhi High Court has upheld Income Tax Department's decision to initiate re-assessment proceedings against media house NDTV for assessment years 2008-09 and 2009-10, holding that authority had reasons to believe that some transactions of those years were "bogus".
