RBI seeks feedback on Draft Framework on External Commercial Borrowings

The Reserve Bank of India introduced the draft framework on External Commercial Borrowings for comments and feedback. The same may be sent by e-mail or post before 11 October, 2015. The basic objective of the External Commercial Borrowings policy is to supplement domestic capital for creation of capital assets in the country, with the regime governing such borrowings being liberalized over the years.
