Supreme Court Refuses to Intervene in Gorakhpur Child Deaths Tragedy - 14.08.2017

Supreme Court has refused to take sou motu cognizance of death of over 60 children at a state-run hospital in Gorakhpur, saying that the matter was being handled by Uttar Pradesh government.
