Delhi High Court: Explain Why Married Women Are Not Hired as JAG - 11.08.2017

Delhi High Court has said that non-recruitment of married women for post of Judge Advocate General (JAG) of Indian Army amounts to 'hostile and 100 per cent discrimination'.
